A consistent visual look of name plates were created to add value to the Postmedia brand. The existing nameplates were modernized with an abstract representation of something visually unique for each city. 

Gayle has had more impact on Canadian newspaper design than anyone I can think of – both in terms of the number of newspapers ... and the bold design vision and enthusiasm she has brought to each project. She is one of the most talented designers ... She intuitively understands design across any number of platforms as it relates to the reader experience and elevating the brand. She communicates well ... leading through inspiration. And she is really fun to work with.
